The U.S. Senate is set to vote on immigration reform this week. The issue has been a source of controversy for President Barack Obama since he was elected in 2008. Democrats and Republicans are divided over whether or not the bill would be constitutional. A federal judge ruled that it could go forward, but only if approved by an appeals court.
