Leadership should always be providing direction on what are the most important problems that we're trying to solve. And then teams are really the experts in tackling parts of the solutions there. So if you can empower teams with the right problems, and they will come up with the right solutions, so that those all ladder up. We don't want top level goals to feel siloed from work. We actually want goals to be integral to the work. It's building a system where your goals are ever present. They'r in and breathing with you as you're doing your daily work.
