Are You a Runner?

There really is no one way to become a runner. And that's such a common entry point. I think it really it goes into our conversation today about learning how to trust the process and trust your training because when you make the shift from running for those purely external extrinsic reasons like I must run for my other sport or running is part of my weight management or running is something I used to punish myself for XYZ too. It is an entirely different way of thinking about the sport of running and thinking about what you're trying to accomplish with your running.
