A subscriber is someone who willingly asks for more content. In other words, they're asking for stuff that they haven't even gotten yet. If I've downloaded a white paper from your site, unless that white paper is entitled, 10 ways to have salespeople call me and bug me to sell me more software, that is probably the worst time to actually call a customer.
