I think there's been a lot of segue and improvements with the ideals for females. I'm actually really happy that we're seeing a shift just with the general population to empowering females with strength training. But for whatever reason, we seem to find ourselves back at this extremism ideal where extremely lean women are simply not healthy. It took me a few years to recover my period through the process of reverse dieting,. The recovery diet, and allowing myself to gain some body fat.
