Engaging in Mediation

It takes a whole lot more listening to be able to get the engagement to move down that road. Li, and i think about it as a mediator. Some of my favorite mediations were when people would use the terms irrational or crazy. This is completely irrational. Unlike all, i know what the other side's gon to say.
