How to Start an Exercise Routine

We often make things way more complicated than they need to be in that moment because we're in our hyper fixation. So learning to start small, rating it in and trying to create those realistic changes so not trying to change everything all at once but starting with incredibly achievable small goals. If I go for more than that that's fantastic but at least I'm doing my bare minimum goal.
