The Relationship Between Handel and Pasquini
Handel spent a number of years in Rome, at the beginning of the 18th century. The studies for Queen Anne are very Italian partimenti. And there is a small village outside Rome, where the organ was played by Handel. He went in the countryside to their castles in the Roman countryside.
