Oo-Loo - It's Like Happening in Real Time
Oo-loo is an ingredient that I was quite frankly afraid of. Because I didn't grow up eating oo-loo and I've been to so many restaurants who have oo-dishes. It's like living, it's breathing, it's changing, it's like a plantain. Yeah, it's a fruit. It's happening. But do you know what I mean? It's just like happening and it's just like always chasing it, always trying to keep up with the oo-loos.
