The first two competitions have been very casual. I've had a handler in both of the first two competitions, but it was pretty low pressure. We didn't even know that this was a sure thing until 48 hours prior to competing. So you've got to be able to adjust and how do you kind of regain your focus for the bench press? A little relationship goes a long way.
