How to Race the 800 in the Crucible
I like combining racing the 800 with maybe a four by four afterwards, because you get some heightened training effect both on speed and endurance. One thing it's, it's the tactics are important to you because you're going so fast. And we're all on the bunched up in lane one. It's kind of also like the 400 indoors. So like to calibrate all those adjustments to these bodies around you. That takes time to calibrate and you only can do that in the crucible racing.
