How to Set a Speed for Lossy Based Training

In the Dr. B system, it stays the same no matter what, because if you change things, you change the stimulus, youchange the weight, it'll mess up the pattern. So we don't mess with it in that sense, but we do mess with It in a traditional sense. One day it might be 100 kilos. The next day it may be 110 kilos. And the following days it might be 50 kilos due to they're feeling horrible or something like that. We just set that speed where we want, we set the weight and so we set those speeds there.
