The Importance of Recognizing Our Own Feelings
We might make a lot of noise about feeling guilty because we're then looking for reassurance from that person. We also have to recognize that sometimes we use guilt as a way of keeping us in this cycle of brow beating us. And if we can't do anything to necessarily change a situation but we can actually do something to evolve as a person then we can recognize what we can learn from that situation and use the insights gained to evolve out of it. It's that time in the show where I answer a listener who has been complaining about a mutual friend of ours, She's been telling all of this stuff and I say well I really feel for her...
