An early bear, that's an endemorf. Endo morf. So then if i'm wanting to intermittent fast, which i've done before and had great success with and really enjoyed, but just kind of fell off the wagon with it, and maybe wasn't doing it at the right interval or time. We know if you're an end more, if youl only get a feed for eight hours. So if you start at 11, you stop at seven. And now you know the length of your feed and when to eat, what you eat, is dependent upon you.
