Lap pull downs with two arms a useful exercise for calisthenics yes completely I mean the movement it's pretty similar if not like nearly equal of the pull ups and it's a great exercise if you want to put some volume work in. You can also add some some post at the bottom for the at the bottom of the movement for the for the pull ups sticking point so yeah it's agreat exercise to to put volume and to wheel muscle mass in the backYeah I think they're fantastic as well I've included them more recently because I feel they're a great accessory after your pull ups with your body weight first.
