How Do You Rotate Your Exercises for Beginners?

I've recently moved to a new jim and they have these nice converging machines. And so eysstability factors really helpful. I think some people get it's kind of similar to the stubbornness they have with, like, the squat bench. For me, the hack squat, where just like, i'm stalling yet, i think it's the best movement for my quad,. But rotating it could be exactly what i need to do to keep the progress going. Headaches. Have you ever experienced one? And you have any advice surrounding them?
