The Effect of Body Fat on Hypertrophy
Based on that data set, body fat doesn't really seem to be inhibiting hypertrophy. But I think it's still very much maybe leaves open the question of whether or not in any given individual increasing body fat would actually cause their P-ratio to decline. So you're looking at systemic biases. And we shouldn't even be looking at fat loss studies to begin with if we want to look at the P-Ratio during booking.
