Intermittent fasting falls into two categories. One is only eating for a restricted number of hours each day, typically an eight to ten hour feeding window. The other is fasting the entire time, and a lot of it during sleep. Some people are really good at portion control. They're like, i'm only going to have half the cressant. But intermittent fasting serves a purpose for people that are trying to keep their colorican take in a certain range. There are a couple of websites on the internet saying coffee is incompatible with fasting. I mean if black coffee breaks your fast, you got bigger issues because that's how blood lucose levels aren't being handled regularly.
