Creek: It really depends on your goals. Morning exercise seems to be better for habit formation. Afternoon, early evening exercise is a good for other kinds of things. Your performance improves. Creek: I despise morning exercise because I feel like the Tin Man exercising. Whereas in afternoon, I actually enjoy it a heck of a lot more.
