If you feel like a million backs every time you're on insegram, turn it off. Another tip that might help people too is unfollowing or flooding your account with new images. evaluate who you're following and do they make you feel good or not. I think oftentimes we're scared to mut or follow people that we've interacted with - unless it's your literal best friend. Unlike gids bet e're too self absorbed to notice when muteyou got muted.
