There's more of a core aspect of ityo, like everything is about your center of gravity and how well you can stable yourself while doing these movements. The balance aspect, the more stability aspect, the rotation, you'll just, you're doing all these things, you're going to age. Ugly question: Do you ever specifically train for abs or cors strength? That's not necessary, right? I mean that's what i was saying... But with a kettle bell, it's not just like sihde effect,. It happens as soon as you start using them. And if you're healthy eating on the diet so you get a strong physique, those are good too.
