You can get way more creative with your hyper palatable foods when you're trying to maintain a lifestyle that requires the two to three times you're resting metabolic rate. I do think there's a lot of open questions uh particularly on the type of exercise because almost all these studies we have talked about and looked at are long duration endurance exercise on a cycling or running paradigm. What about weightlifting what about mixed forms of sports where it's not just purely endurance for very long durations? These studies have made me start to wonder a lot more about a idea that came along called flocheart and larson is beautiful studying somatowalism.
