How to Deal With Overstimulation in the Moment
Knowing yourself and knowing what these triggers generally are is going to go a long way. If your sense of overstimulation is something that you can identify, that's a great time to take a bio break. Deep breathe for five minutes in the ladies or men's room; Exhale longer than you inhale. Put on headphones and listen to music that always helps you to change your mood.
