I think on balance, like I'm happy with it, the thing which went well is that we did two kinds of good quality rehearsal. We rehearsed as kind of like the grammar of that technique in a way that's like slightly decontextualized or in the context of your previous lesson. But then we did a much more contextually realistic rehearsal where we planned it into a next lesson and we really looked at it. And I think that's the kind of bit which is going to make do the magic of helping you to actually make that change and make it stick because you're very likely to do it.
