For me it is usually like body weight, protein and the fat content. A lot of it comes from the meat. And then it'skoind of justly filled with carbs. But i also have a massive appetite here. I can go o to dinner and have two or three entreesd andn dessert. I wouldn't like ne i'mn hungry to do it, but i culd, i could do it if i wanted to. When i used to beng ause, i was a du low carb. I'd be strict for four or five days. I had days where i would eat, like, i don't know how much. It didn't feel good
