Relaxation Is a Skill

i use the bud winter's technique. Physic warming up seems to help people relax more. Practising meditation, which i do every day. I use a thing called rain reflections from brain, dot f m. It's 15 minutes and i do itve single day. Ah, i think i'm good enough at it now that i can,. i can do a big lift, put the weight down, and i will just drain off all that tension. And i do it by maybe making a joke or, ah, you know, one of the bossanova songs i'm listening to. Also, i know, done's litany of fear.
