There's a lot of programs out there that are % based. Janup wants to help people with when, when to navigate all the different programms and how they should regulate them. One thing you tend to see is that the number of reps someone can do tends to decrease as their strength increases. Just being in decent shape tends to help your strength endurance. A experience level is going to matter a lot, especially for very, very brand new lifters.
