Great Founders Are Like Artists
The founder has the authority to come back and talk to their co founders and go, we need a change in strategy. It's usually not in an employee. And so this notion of getting out building is also coupled with your trurin to inform your vision. But the person who's being informed has to have the authority to make rapid changes. The mistake we made in entrapeneral education was thinking that we were teaching like a job, like a counting or finance or whatever.
