Low Intensity Cardio for Circulation Helps Recovery

The idea that you have to walk around and do cardio for nutrients to get into the muscles is to me, at the very least unfounded. That being said, low intensity cardio, especially if you're doing something relaxing during, actually lowers your cortisol which is fucking sweet. In addition to that, it burns a few calories extra, helps you be a little bit leaner. So on small margins, it helps in every way.
