How to Mobilize the Ribcage

For me where there's joints we should have movement. And that's easy to see with my hands. If we have joints there for a reason, hopefully I can move them. It doesn't mean I have to be a contortionist or do big huge movements. But hopefully I have access to some movement. We can get stronger locally at each individual tissue and each individual joint, but a body when you look at the best athletes in the world is very efficient on all levels. Every single thing comes to the party.
