How to Make the Obstacle the Way in Customer Service
Don't forget about the impact piece because it's easy to then kind of fall for your own bias. Play with transmitting your values through storytelling and especially sharing stories about the impact that you make as an organization. These are so incredibly effective and rich in cultural meaning and we don't use them enough, I feel, in companies. Nothing storytelling is a wonderful way of hitting all three.
