You are competing against 300, 400 people just for this role. It's what I can do to stand out. You're doing it in like a kind of subconscious way, right, you're showing through your outreach that you can get attention. And if you can get Attention from a VP of sales or a CRO, you're probably going to be able to get attention from a decision maker in the ICP of that company. So it kind of works from so many angles. But definitely you will stand out because maybe we have one for example, if we have 100 candidates, we maybe have one person doing that actually. There you go guys, that just says like one B one out
