The Four Tiers of Training

In the off season, we're probably going to start with a lot more light. The ping tier will start to be kind of drip fed in and gradually become a lot more of the program. We'll always keep those four tiers in throughout the year. None of those tiers leave the program at any given point in the year. They just become very, very reduced in certain stages and then seriously increased in other stages.
