Is Volume Really Important?
The average person is, we got almost 50 % of ideal body weights. So lean body mass would be a great strategy, but people don't know their lean bty. It's not realistic. Volume is very important. When you are am new it is much easier to stimulate muscle tissue. If you are an untrained individual, you could get away with ten sets per week if you are just starting out. And again, i preface this by saying i don't actually develop training programs for individuals. I have people on my team that programme exercises.
