The best way to prepare for a race like this is what you got to be able to do. You have t have smething left in the tank, you know, a when it's time to race. In general, what i do is i do these longer efforts, a sort of race preparatory efforts. I think am in general, am the race specific training comes in terms of periodization as we get closer to the race.
