No state with nuclear weapons is going to join anytime soon. The nine nuclear armed states and their allies boycotted the negotiations. And each of those states has nuclear modernization programs that are going to stretch on for decades. So there's no sign that this will lead any country, at least in the short term, to give up its nuclear weapons.
