Running a 70 % X a for Amateur Air Fleet?

The study was put together off the back of research that i had done earlier. We knew we were targeting, or looking to try and target, about 90 grams an hour of carbohydrate ingestion. The running was importat because we know, am, that g i issues a more prevalent in runners. And part of that mechanism is simply just down to the mechanical effort of running. Your gut is mobile and bouncing. Whereas when you're sitting on a bike, am, you tend to be more stationary am through the centre of your body. There's potentially some a slightly different changes in blood flow as well the am cause issue.
