Do Multi-Joint Movements With Dumbbells?

Most of the research has been somewhat moderate to heavier loading. Multi-joint meaning like squats, movements that are utilizing more than one joint. So again, not really great evidence. This is more speculative based upon the literature I've seen. But if you're looking to maximize bone development, I would certainly say you want to include some multi-joint movements.
