The Effects of Hyper-Expertory Training on Muscle Growth
Every single one of the point estimates is within the trivial standardized mean difference category. One week out of a nine-week training intervention could be a decent amount of volume load, particularly when it's 20 sets within a week. The only other thing that I don't have like well formed thoughts about this and I haven't really looked for evidence to kind of justify this,. But yeah, more just kind of spitballing here.
