C Three in Immunoglobulary Hematology?
C three is an indirect way of detecting that there may be i g m around, exactly. It's not really described very well anywhere as it applies to immunal hemotology. The c three d basically is telling us that an anybody bound. But it didn't cause total licis of the red cells. So if it did continue, if the complement cascade did continue, the c three b actually is an amplification step in the complement cascade. We wouldn't fail to detect complement as well on the cells tat.
