How Much Exercise Is Too Much?

Most good things have an upper limit where too much of it becomes counterproductive. In exercise, that upper limit isn't as defined in the clinical research because inactivity is a pandemic. People essentially think that more is better and that there's really no overdose effect. But this interesting study shows that doing too much of intense cise like hit can actually reverse the positive effects of our midochondria or insolent sensitivity.
