Is There a Difference Between Hours and Time Banks?
My old consulting days i think i basically reinvented agile by charging first early then daily which helped. People buy a time bank of hours from me um the more hours yeah they're more hours they buy well except in my case they pay up front. The more hours theyYeah the more hours they buying in one go the cheaper it becomes to encourage them to buy a lot of hours and then work through them as they as they want to.
