A new study published in the Journal of Sensors compared the accuracy of six different fitness trackers worn by healthy adults including whoop, Garmin, Aura, Paula and Apple. For measuring heart rate and heart rate variability we performed best of all six trackers with 99% accuracy for heart rate and 99.7% accuracy for sleep.
