strength trainings an awesome form of exercise because i can mould it and modify it regardless of what i'm doing in my life. What's really common is that we we idolize these professional athletes. We put them on the cover of shape magazine and muscel magazine, and we look at it and we want to emulate what they're doing. It reminds me of when we talk about cardio. People love to take it out of contect and then try and pick it apart,. Like, i would never tell a client that loves playing their sport to stop playing their sport like that.
