The amigdula is kind of like the dramaquen of our brain. It's responsible for anxiety, pain and worry. We're shifting that activity away from the amidula to the pre frontal cortex. After about eight ish weeks of ten minutes a day, what's going to happen is that the amidala is actually going to begin to shrink. And atrophy. The pre frontal cortex is going to become stronger. There'll be more neurons there and more surface area, more of those uni folds. But we're reqiring our brain for less anxiety,Pain and worry and motion regulation and more focus and concentration.
