How to Garnish a Drink
I feel like there's a lot of dilution in the way that like the recipe from him of like quite a bit of orange juice and orquite a bit of sour mix. But the way that we make it, we would, or the way that I would make this drink, would shake it out, pour it over ice. Um, I mean garnish it. Maybe over some crushed ice that I feel like they love to love a bit of crushed ice. Mm hmm. At least with citrus. Yeah. To me, it's like the citrus, the garnish is telling you what's in the actual drink. It's like we elevated some people don't like that
