Dopamine in itself doesn't create thrill. There is a cocktail of drugs as you might imagine out there that people who take cocaine can give them high levels of pleasure and speed. Whether there are legal highs it's a very interesting question. I'll look into it. Yeah my other question was is it people's through affected for example if there was a random drop of a slide from midair versus a place in a country setting where there's lots of random metal shards sticking out or a really dark place.
