If you can only run two to three days per week right now, running five days a week is not realistic. So if we're looking for real long term change in consistency, it's important that you work on why you're doing this and finding enjoyment in the process. For a lot of people, this means they need to be realistic about what they have the ability to do because I'm going to tell you something. Not all exercise is beneficial. Exercise, running, strength training, cross training, yoga, all this stuff. It's only good for you.
