SLO Based Approach

Robert Blumen: When people start thinking about adopting an SLO based approach, they often think of it as a thing you do. There's a reason I consistently use the term SLO-based approach because that's what it is. He says he sees too many people who read about SLOs and the shiny SRE books from Google but don't internalize this is a different way of thinking. The next few weeks will be focused on how software engineers can make their organizations better by using data to help them solve problems.
