I don't have a system. There's no, again, there's no hard and fast rule. Sometimes with what I call bread and butter stuff, you know, I've seen someone for 10 minutes, they've not done Kolkal or they should have used many whiteboards. And then in some cases like I might try and prepare a sequence of order to talk about things but I'm so frenetic like I go to these schools, I literally see 25 lessons across the day,. Like I'm running off my feet, I'm not, I don't have time to do that kind of stuff. No, that's superb Adam. Right. Well, I want to jump now
